SH2-74 (Sharpless 74 ) This nebula is not very large but does fairly well with the hydrogen alpha filter. A larger telescope may pick up a bit more structure and details in the darker area. A wider field of view will pick up the dim nebula around SH2-74, but this area is even fainter. The color detail was very weak so stealing some of the details from the H-Alpha to colorize the image. The oxygen III filter did not pick up any detail in a 15 minute image so I am not sure a narrowband color image will work for this object.
