SH2-249 (IC 444 ) This unusual shaped object lies next to another very famous object known as IC 443 or SH2-248. Using a wide field of view you, can capture both objects very easily. Like SH2-248, this one responds best to the hydrogen-alpha filter, but unlike SH2-248, it does not pick up any OIII or SII, so a narrowband color image really does not work here. You do get a nice HA-RGB image, but you need a good exposure to colorize the rich H-Alpha you will pick up.
