SH2-205
(Sharpless 205
)
This nebula has an interesting shape to it and it fairly large in size. That said the brighter part you can see picks up fairly well but if you want to also capture the surrounding nebula, this will require a lot more time as it is very dim. SH2-205 does ok with a standard red filter for a luminance but picks up much better with a hydrogen-alpha filter. I was not able to pick up anything with the OIII so a narrowband color may not do very well. Larger telescopes can pick up fine detail on some areas mainly on the right side of the image. If you want the color, you will need to expose quite a while, I used a total exposure of one hour in the RGB and even with that I had to blend the red and blue some with the H-Alpha.
