SH2-202 (Sharpless 202 )

This very large nebula is a great target for those with a wide field of view as this area is about three by two degrees. The nebula does very well in hydrogen-alpha but shows almost nothing with oxygen III. In the middle is a nice reflection area which offers a nice addition because it sits near the finer structured part SH2-202. A large telescope using only LRGB wide band filters should be able to create a fantastic colorful image. To enrich the area, that person could blend in an H-Alpha channel but preserve the reflection part of the image. There is a lot more nebula even beyond this image, but almost all of SH2-202 is seen here.
